Fooled by www.365jobs4u.com

There are a large number of companies mushrooming which offer "Form Filling", "Data Entry", "Home Typist" and "Content Writers" jobs and offer lucrative incomes from just a few hours part time work at home. Most of them are frauds and take the general public for a ride. Their sole aim is to collect an initial investment which is kept large enough to fill their coffers, while the payout is negligible or nil. The point to note is that none of them offer the jobs without an initial investment. If it is a job, then why should you pay to join it? These companies are doing nothing other than collecting money from us and paying a few individuals small sums compared to what they collect. That is how they make their income. It is very rare that they pay you for the work done by you.
Their modus operandi is to lure you with lofty earning potentials such as"EARN Rs.100 and more per hour. EARN Rs.1500 and more per day. EARN Rs.50,000 and more per month."or"Do Online Assignments, each of 4-5 lines. Get Paid Rs.5/- to Rs.8/- Per Assignment. Maximum Earning Per Month is Rs.24,000/-."or"For Each Reporting You get Rs.5/- to Rs.30/-. Maximum Earning Rs.35,000/- Per Month"or"Every Copy-Paste Job you'll get Rs.125/-. Do A Minimum of only 50 Copy-Paste in a month & Earn Rs.6250. Max. Earning is Rs.2,50,000 P.M"
Doesn't that sound attractive? Yes indeed.
More often than not they try to hoodwink you and take you for a ride. This is exactly what happened with me. I have no qualms in accepting that I was made out to be a sucker by one such company www.365jobs4u.com also known as www.dataentryjobs.us, that is why I thought I must educate the general public about this.
This is my personal experience with www.365jobs4u.com alias www.dataentryjobs.us. They have not only made a fool of me but also have taken me for a ride. I got lured by the tall claims of this company and to my utter horror I discovered what frauds they are. I have proof of the manner in which this company reaped the fruit of my labour while it left me high and dry and did not pay me a penny for my efforts.
It is a great way to fool you. When you register, they ask you to pay $55 to join. $55 works out to nearly Rs 2,500/-. So you begin the job by paying money. Which job asks you to pay money? They send you some 50 odd samples of their ads to be placed in various free classified ads websites. They call it "form filling." You are actually made to advertise for them. They ask you to complete 300 forms in a month and report back to them by creating a free website in www.freewebs.com and filling the details there and sending them the URL every week. They promise to pay you $3 per form filled, thus you are assured of $900 for 300 forms in a month. All additional ads fetch you $3 each. $900 works out to over Rs 40,000/- per month!!
They promise to pay much more than any normal job where you slog your ass off. Why should they pay so much for such a simple task? Simple. They earn much more and even if they were to pay you that amount, they would make 5-10 times that amount for your efforts. They would always be in profit, but then they want to swindle you of your rightful share and make the extra buck themselves, so they don't pay you most of the time!
How do they make the money? Simple. Take my example. I filled 417 forms, so in effect I had uploaded 417 ads of the company to various Free Classified websites. If the ads I had uploaded had attracted at least one new customer per two forms filled, they would have made 208 X $55 = $11,440. A whooping $11,000 for doing nothing!! It could be more too or a little bit less, but just imagine what they would have paid me in return? Just $900. That too they swindle me out of.
They make tall claims but their intention is to defraud. They try their best to never let you complete 300 forms! No they do not stop you from filling the forms. You do fill it and you do advertise for them to lure fresh customers, but they adopt unfair means to show that you have not completed the required number of forms. How do they do that? After you have slogged your ass off and filled the required number of forms and sent them the links to the URLS, they suddenly send you a urgent message asking you to send the ID and password to your www.freewebs.com account so that they can verify your links. You send them the link and they just delete some of the URLs! Simple isn't it? The record of all your efforts vanishes!! You dod your best and complete more than 300 forms and they just delete the links!! Imagine the audacity!!
I completed 417 forms and saved the details in my account with www.freewebs.com and regularly sent www.365jobs4u.com the links. When they realised that I have crossed 300 forms and they would have to pay me, they asked for my ID and password urgently. This is what they said in their email:-"Dear customer, plz send only username and password of the freeweb.com immedietly.regards,GIS" I, like an innocent fool sent them ID and the password, without understanding what their intention was. I was certain that I had earned my $900 and more for the additional forms filled, but it was not to be. This appears to be their modus operandi. No sooner had they got the ID and password, they deleted some of the links to the details I had sent to them and when I rang them up to find out when they would be paying me, to my horror I was told that I had only completed 240 forms!! Imagine I had slogged hours on end and completed 417 forms and they tell me that I have completed only 240 forms. I told them that I will send them the links again and to my added horror I find that many of the links are missing. Half the record of my effort had been erased by them.I had joined with a lot of apprehension and was not sure if it really is true that they will pay, so I had done a wise thing right from the start. I had duplicated all the details of the forms that I had filled and had made a second account on www.Freewebs.com and put all the links in that account too. Even if they had deleted the original, I still had the duplicate record. They thought they we smart but I had thought of it and out smarted them at their own game.
Now I am going to file an FIR against the company with the Finance Ministry, Economic Offences Wing (EOW) and I will produce all the records and proofs that I have. I have their Email asking for the ID and the password. I have the details of the forms that I had filled. I have their contract and agreement that they had sent by mail. I have taken a print out of all the records and will produce it before the EOW. I want the company investigated and the fraud exposed. I am also going to put the same number of ads against the company that I had filled for them to expose their clandestine ways.
I do not want any more innocent people to fall prey to such unscrupulous people who are siphoning away our hard earned money. Beware of joining such jobs which ask you to pay a certain amount up front. They have no intention of paying you, but every intention of using your effort to garner more sums of money from a larger number of people.
